Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • Packaging: Original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • READERS that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Any eyewear from Readers Sale or Frame Only Hot Deals that shows signs of wear
