Return & Exchange Eligibility

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from any damage, scratches, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • READERS that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Any eyewear from Readers Sale or Frame Only Hot Deals that shows signs of wear
  • Customized or prescription items from our Core Collection

2 Package Your Items

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email notifications at each step.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.
