How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your frames’ journey directly with the carrier.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment.

How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer global delivery services to most countries. However, due to logistical constraints, we currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and select remote locations. We continuously work to expand our delivery network.
What if I’m not home when my package arrives?
Our carriers (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) will follow their standard delivery procedures, which may include leaving the package at your door, requiring a signature, or attempting redelivery. You can provide special instructions through the carrier using your tracking number.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on customized prescription eyewear unless there is a manufacturing defect. All non-prescription frames and sunglasses are eligible for return within the 15-day window.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
